What other ideas do you have on health data reuse?
Health data linkage to non-health data is important eg environmental, social etc.
Before the data of patients is shared for primary or secondary use, they should have full/easy access to their own data/health records - sharing of data should have some measure of return on engagement - good interoperable health Data Federation would mean a researcher can query data (with the relevant consents) and not MOVE it or change it's original ownership.
